Anita’s University 201 – Sarasota
June 8 @ 9:00 AM - June 9 @ 5:00 PM$79
Ding Ding Ding!
The school bell is ringing now for the start of the newest class from Anita’s University: I Can Quilt 201! When Anita’s University started out with Embroidery Made Easy 101, it got top marks from students, and we’re ready to continue that success.
During this TWO-DAY class we’re gonna do a deep-dive into each and every one of the Anita Goodesign quilting techniques. You’ll learn how these tips will save you time, money, and fabric with innovative in-the-hoop quilting methods.
Ever wonder how you can make heirloom quilts such as Double Wedding Ring and Mariner’s Compass with the ease and convenience of your hoop? Get ready to learn just that! Wanna find out how you can ace techniquessuch as Trapunto, Shadow Work, and Crazy Stitching quilting? You’re gonna learn that as well. How does Anita Goodesign stitch the blocks together, then back and bind the pieced quilt? You’ll earn an A+ because that’ll be covered too. With these easy quilting techniques, we’re going to teach you how you can create a block with unique elements from beginning to end.
